The lower level offers an additional sleeping room with 2 twin beds and a spacious entertainment room, while the lower deck provides extra space to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. Each bedroom is equipped with a television, and the house comes with wireless internet and a gas grill for your convenience.

Topnotch offers all Resort Homes a per bedroom fee to use indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center and private ski shuttle. This fee may be added to your reservation, or you may pay at the Topnotch Spa desk each day you choose to use the facilities. The Resort Access fee covers up to 7 people staying in the Resort Home. While this home does not allow guests to bring dogs, the owners do have a dog, therefore this home is not suitable for guests with animal allergies.
