A wonderful Luxury Mountain Home, perched high on the side of a mountain, with wonderful views of the surrounding mountain ridges. Covered Bridge Condominiums are appropriately named: a covered bridge spans the river at the bottom of the road. Tennis courts and swimming pool are located at the end of the road, just a leisurely stroll away.

This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath luxury home is conveniently located a mile off the Mountain Road and close to Topnotch Resort & Spa, as well as Stowe Mountain Resort. Three complete floors offer generous amounts of living space. The home comfortably sleeps 10-12 people. The open floor plan of this home gives it a very light and airy feel. It is well appointed and features many amenities, including a sauna and media/game room with large screen TV and billiard table.

The sunken living room has a very open, airy feel with its high ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, HDTV with DirecTV sattelite, VHS and DVD players. There is ample seating for five people, and tall sliding glass doors and flanking windows allow a wide view and easy access to the outside deck.

The large, eat-in kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, hardwood floors, and modern appliances. The round kitchen table seats 4, and there is additional seating for 2 people at the breakfast bar.

The dining area has formal seating for 6, and the open floor plan to the kitchen and living rooms allow for effortless entertaining. Sliding glass doors allow easy access to the deck for summer BBQ grilling. The deck features a cafe table and 2 chairs under roof for coffee or cocktails anytime, and in any weather. A larger table with seating for 4 people is also located on the deck for dining al fresco.

Each of the 4 bedroom suites feature full baths with marble tile floors. The suite on the main floor features a king size four-poster bed, and the private bath includes a large whirlpool tub. There is another king suite upstairs. It is a large room, and includes a cozy sofa in a sunny alcove with skylight - perfect for curling up with a good book. Also upstairs is guest suite with a full size bed and full bath. The laundry room is also conveniently located in the hall on the upper floor.

Skiers will appreciate the ample covered front porch and tiled mudroom areas, perfect for storing skis, boards, boots and jackets.

Payment Policy:

50% of the total amount due must be paid upon signing the rental agreement. The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to the check in date for non-holiday rentals, and not less than 60 days prior to the check-in date for rentals during holiday periods. If the signed rental agreement is received less than 30 days prior to the check-in date for non-holiday rentals, or less than 60 days prior to the check-in date of a holiday rental, then the full amount due shall be paid upon signing. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Agent at its mailing address listed on the agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival (60 or more days for holiday periods) are refundable, less a 20% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of arrival (60 days for holiday periods), under any circumstances unless the property is re-rented. In the event Agent is able to re-rent the Property to another renter for the same or more rental payment as provided in the Agreement, then the Agent will return to Renter the security deposit and all payments made by Renter, less the 20% cancellation fee and any expenses incurred by Agent in re-renting the Property.

Check-In:

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. If you notify us in advance that you would like either an early arrival or a late departure, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Upon arrival, you will be met at the property by a staff member, and given the keys to the Resort Home. You will also receive a brief orientation of the home's heating/cooling system, and have the opportunity to ask any questions about the home or the Stowe area.

You will be given a cell phone number to contact if you require any assistance during your stay, or in case you accidentally lock yourself out of the Resort Home.
