For your convenience, the home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to breakfast bar seating and the dining room. The sliding glass doors in the dining room, provide access to a large wraparound deck for dining, grilling or just relaxing in the shade with a cocktail. The 120-acre Stonybrook community is nestled within woods and beautifully landscaped grounds. It boasts four tennis courts, two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor hot-tub, and a one-hole golf pitch-and-putt. Stonybrook recently built new gym - including a treadmill, eliptical, bike and weights.

During the winter, snowshoers and cross-country skiers can ski out their front door on the miles of trails within the Stonybrook grounds.
