This charming home is centrally located, just 2 miles from the center of town, shopping, dining and movies. It is just off Weeks Hill Road, within 3/4 mile of The Swimming Hole: a year-round indoor swimming, diving and exercise facility, complete with water slide and kids pool! Golf at Stowe Country Club, and the Spa at Stoweflake are just 1.5 miles away, and skiing at Stowe Mountain Resort is just 6 miles away. The famed Topnotch Resort, Spa and indoor tennis facility is only 5 miles away.
The house sleeps 7 with 3 bedrooms. The Master Suite is located on the main floor and has a queen size bed and ceiling fan in the bedroom. The guest bedrooms are located on the lower floor. One bedrom contains a queen and a twin bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The guest bedrooms share a full bath downstairs. The den and powder room are located on the main floor.
There is plenty of outdoor living space and the large wraparound deck is complete with a 5-person hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ gas grill and outdoor dining for 8.
The fully equipped kitchen includes: coffee maker, toaster, freezer, Ice-Maker, Blender, refrigerator, Stove-Top-Burners, cooking utensils, Coffee-Grinder, oven, Spices, dish washer, microwave. The kitchen features an open wall to the dining room. This, combined with seating for 10 people, make entertaining in this home easy and fun.
A crackling fire in the large fireplace and the expansive views out the picture windows made the living room a perfect place to relax. The house is equipped with cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Stereo system, CD player, books and more.

This home is perfect for couples, families with children, extended families (reunions), and those traveling with well behaved pets. For the health and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the home.

There is a computer, wi-fi, fax machine, full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Newly renovated in beginning of 2009. Gas fireplace in master bedroom! Flat screen TV in living room and Master Bedroom, TV downstairs in den. Sleeps 7 in beds. Hot tub on deck. 1 mile from Bike Path, 2 miles from main Street in town and 5 miles to the mountain. Private yet close.
