All our Overlook Resort Homes at Topnotch feature the same stunning floor plan, with unique furnishings and decor that reflect the tastes of their owners. This lavish 4-bedroom, 4-bath Resort Home boasts exquisite Restoration Hardware furnishings and a well-appointed kitchen with brand new stone counters and stainless steel appliances. 

Gather around the breakfast bar with seating for 3, or enjoy the large tiled entry (called a mudroom in Vermont), which is perfect for leaving your shoes, ski boots, jackets, and equipment to dry. The home's open floor plan, comprising the kitchen, dining, and living room, provides a seamless entertaining experience and allows the chef to socialize with their guests while cooking. 

Feel the instant warmth and ambiance created by the gas fireplaces in the living room and Master bedrooms. Each bedroom features an HDTV and/or DVD player, while the twin room boasts a trundle bed, allowing up to 9 people to sleep comfortably. 

Take advantage of the 1-car garage, which ensures a warm start to your ski day. Please note that we do not allow arrivals or departures on Saturdays. You may arrive and depart on any other day.

The above listed services & amenities are not included in the rental rates of this private home. Topnotch offers all Resort Homes a per bedroom fee to use indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center and private ski shuttle. This fee may be added to your reservation, or you may pay at the Topnotch Spa desk each day you choose to use the facilities. The Resort Access fee covers up to 7 people staying in the Resort Home.
