Relax in this stunning studio that offers breathtaking views of Mount Mansfield and its ski trails. In the winter, watch the lights of the groomers as they go up and down the trails while you cozy up fireside on the couch or in the king-sized bed. The studio also features a queen sleeper sofa, stone-framed gas fireplace, kitchenette with a two-burner stovetop, toaster, coffee maker (although there's a terrific coffee shop in the village downstairs), hotel-sized fridge, and dishwasher.

Located on the second floor of Spruce Peak, take the Over Easy gondola to Mt. Mansfield for the best skiing and riding on the East Coast. But don't just limit yourself to winter activities; in the spring, summer, and fall, experience the exceptional spa or professional fitness center. Shop at the on-premises retail stores, indulge in fine dining, or take in the nightlife. Explore the Smuggler's Notch hiking trails, go mountain biking on Cady Hill's world-class trails, or go fly fishing in the famous Ten Bends area. Or simply relax and enjoy the majestic Mt. Mansfield view from your balcony.

Please note that Saturday arrivals or departures are not permitted to avoid dividing very popular weekends. But feel free to arrive and depart on any other day!


The Timberline Studio is a luxurious accommodation that offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It features a private balcony with a stunning view of Spruce Peak, a King size bed, and a Queen sofa sleeper. The condo also comes with a stone-framed gas fireplace, HDTV, Wi-Fi, custom furniture, and a kitchenette equipped with a stove-top, microwave, cookware, and dishware. The bathroom is adorned with marble finishing and a separate relaxation tub, while the bed has fine linens. You can enjoy the services of bellmen, concierge, and 24/7 room service. Our rates include free self parking for one car per condo per night. You may also choose to Valet park at the nightly rate charged by the hotel. There is no overnight public parking available.

If you find a better rate than what we offer at The Lodge at Spruce Peak, let us know, and we will match it. Please note that we don't allow arrivals or departures on Saturdays. You can check in and out on any other day.

When you rent a private unit at The Lodge at Spruce Peak, you can enjoy several amenities such as a pool, hot tub, Alpine Concierge®, all activities offered at the lodge, 24-hour room service, and ski valet. You will also get free WIFI and access to the spa for a daily fee or free with a spa treatment. Bath amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, lotion, paper products, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent are provided.

Please note that daily maid service is not included, and the room is cleaned before your arrival. However, you can request mid-stay cleanings and/or daily towel and tidy services for an additional charge. If you want access to the fitness center and spa, you may do so for an extra fee, which is paid directly to the spa desk. Note that access to the fitness center and spa is included with any salon or spa treatment. Finally, access to the heated pool is included with your stay.

Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. The Lodge at Spruce Peak Front Desk is open 24/7. The State of VT Rooms tax license number for this accommodation is MRT-10045784-001.

This is my third year traveling to the Lodge. It is a great location. I would like to see a few more food/restaurant options up at the Lodge. SRH response: As Homeowners of this privately owned condo within the Lodge, we do not have control over the restaurant offerings or service, but we have passed along this feedback to Resort. Fortunately, Stowe has so many other great dining options to choose from! :)

We are always available via cell phone or text should any questions or problems arise.  Any housekeeping or maintenance issues within the room are to be brought to our attention. We have our own housekeeping and maintenance staff should any maintenance needs arise. There is no daily maid service unless requested with us (additional fees apply.) The room is cleaned before your stay and stocked with fresh linens, towels and bath amenities. During the ski season, there is a free Stowe shuttle from Stowe Mountain Resort to Stowe Village, for those who prefer not to drive. There are also Taxis, Uber and Lyft in Stowe.   

Rates are subject to 10% Vermont Tax and 1% Resort fee. Guests must sign our rental agreement which will be emailed after booking is confirmed. The studio is cleaned prior to your arrival with fresh sheets and towels. Please do not take our personal items outside of the studio such as coffee mugs, towels blankets or kitchen items. We do inventory before and after your stay; you will be charged for missing items.  

Recycling is mandatory in VT. Please empty, rinse and place your recyclables in the hall, separate from trash. Staff will collect. Please be courteous of your neighbors. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. No smoking.
