What amenities can you expect when you rent a private condo at The Lodge at Spruce Peak? The top-of-the-line amenities include a pool, hot tub, concierge, all activities offered at the lodge, 24-hour room service, and the ability to charge meals, ski tickets, and more directly to your room. You'll also have access to our Ski Valet, free WiFi, and the spa for a daily fee or for free with any spa treatment (available to all guests). Additionally, we provide bath amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, lotion, paper products, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent.

Please note that daily maid service is not included; however, the room will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Mid-stay cleanings and/or daily towel and tidy services are available for an additional charge. Fitness center and spa access can be paid at the spa desk, but access to the heated pool and hot tubs are included with your stay.

Dogs allowed on a case by case basis, and must be approved in advance:

Due to Owner's  severe allergies, hypo alergenic breeds only, no puppies, well-behaved dogs only are permitted in this Resort Home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dog owners must pay additional pet fee, are responsible for any damage caused by pets. All dogs are required to be current on flea and tick treatments prior to arrival. If fleas are found in the home after departure, the pet owner is responsible for the cost of full pest control treatment of the entire home, up to $500. Dog owners must abide by The Lodge at Spruce Peak's pet policies: no leaving unattened or on beds/furniture; walk dogs in designated areas and pick up and properly dispose of waste.
